I loved the characters...however the novel had a ton of grammatical errors & she was a bit confusing throughout the book in terms of the age of the characters. For example, on page 2 of the book Scarlett states that she's 16...and then later on they refer to her as 15! Also she claims she couldn't remember after the age of 4 years old and 10 years passed by...wouldn't that make her 14 years old!?? Ugh she needs to re-read her novel & fix the mistakes....especially if she's charging readers 10 bucks!

I'm a huge fan and I have all of her books, however this one was my least favorite of them all. It had a lot of repeats through out the book but I loved the characters and I'm looking forward to read more books from her.

If you loved The Lottery, this book is for you.
  • Overpriced for a mediocre book

The book was good (not as good as The Cellar). But, way overpriced. I mean c'mon, $10 for a 500 page book. Most books that are $9+ are like 1200 pages. For this book I paid 2cents page...compared to other books that I'd pay a fraction of a penny per page. I'm boycotting reading anymore by this author until the prices are lowered. You'd sale a lot more books if you dropped your price to $2-$4 a book.
