    Great recipes that are quick and easy. If you understand how bad wheat and sugar are for your body then you will be smart enough to appreciate this recipe book.

    Don’t trust this reconstituted Atkins diet. The recipes are real killers and that is meant literally. The suggestion here is fill yourself with beef, pork and poultry. Some real artery hardening , blood clotting food. You’ll end up with heart disease or worse but you’ll be thinner I guess.
