I just started reading this and it is exceptionally easy to read as an engineer. Thanks for translating this stuff for us. As a grad student and dealing with poor manager types you end up with a lot of stress. So many if my colleagues are stressed out all the time and prone to break downs. It is such a waste of time and energy and diverts us from why we choose to do engineering and grad school. To make the world a better and more awesome place.
